Stuff was very courteous, room was soundproof, historic location. Plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioning, WiFi and coffee. The food was perfect, especially an American breakfast. Affordable hotel, had a really excellant service. Great value considering prices in Cartagena.

It made my trip to Cartagena a good experience. Super location, extremely friendly staff, luxury and fairly clean hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, overall food was so good. I appreciated that the room was extremely spacious and decent size. Outstanding service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Smooth check-in, late check-out.
